Hello and welcome to shipping and delivery page! Here you can read some details about a nifty little lifecycle of your order's journey from the time you place your order to your new treasures arriving at your doorstep. At first you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. Our store offers several payment and delivery methods, so you have an opportunity to choose which one is the most convenient for you.
At the point of your order you will be given the approximate time until delivery. We will endeavour to ensure that the approximate delivery date is accurate, and will keep you informed of any delays that occur as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Only once we have received the balance of any monies due in cleared funds, will we be able to confirm your actual delivery date. It will be important that easy access can be gained to the room in which the furniture is going. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that any room is cleared as we are unable to take away your old furniture. We offer a production and delivery lead time of 8 - 12 weeks on standard items and longer on custom made orders. Free delivery and assembly to the UK within 100 miles radius of London. Delivery charges exceeding 100 miles is negotiable.Please note larger items are sent with two-man vehicles. Our deliveries are scheduled in with you so you will know when the couriers will be arriving. Our drivers will take the furniture to your room of choice, unpack, and remove the packaging on your behalf. Please be certain your purchase(s) will fit through doorways, upstairs etc. before you buy to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge of 30%, and the cost of the delivery will be charged for items returned in this situation.Should we need to store customers’ orders for own collection, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee for delays in collection. All collections must be pre-booked to ensure the items are ready on your arrival and the location for collection is agreed beforehand. The seller will ask the customer to sign the proof of delivery (POD) to confirm all goods were checked and received in good condition and that there was no damage to your order and / or your property as a result of the delivery service provided. We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchases. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your approval for any reason, please contact us in writing or another durable medium within 7 working days of taking delivery. 

 

  • Customer Collection

    Customers may collect from us in person or use their own courier collection company. However, please note we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items once they have left us when using a third party courier. This does not apply to orders sent and delivered by us. If you choose cash and carry method, please note that this means that you should pay cash for the goods you purchase and carry them away yourself. In this case we do not offer credit accounts and delivery service. This is a common policy for cash and carry delivery method. Not too convenient for you? Please enquire what else delivery methods do we provide. Please be sure that we have foreseen different situations and offer other delivery methods that may fit you best.

  • Shipment to the door

    What happens when you choose shipment to the door option? Our online store takes responsibility for dealing with all the tasks involved in moving goods from the manufacturing plant to the buyer/consignee's door. It is our responsibility to insure the goods and absorb all costs and risks including the payment of duty and fees. In other words, the selling cost of goods includes all expenses inclusive of taxes to reach the goods at the door step of your premises. We provide 2 man delivery service.

  • International delivery

    International delivery is regulated by EXW, Incoterms 2010. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in delay in delivery of the goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the Buyer’s written notification. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.
